Even if this is your first visit or you already are a spa enthusiast, we’ve prepared a few guidelines to help you prepare for the ultimate spa experience.
Bookings and Cancellations
Scheduling your appointment prior to arrival at Aesthetics Health Spa is required. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with a credit card. Be sure to mention any medical or special needs when making your appointment.
Please note that once an appointment is booked, the treatment times are reserved especially for you. We kindly request that cancellations or changes to appointments be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the missed or skipped appointment. A credit card is required to schedule spa services, so please have your card available when calling.

We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your first treatment to check-in, fill out forms, and unwind in our sanctuary. Sip herbal tea in our relaxation lounge before starting your treatment at ease and on time.
We will provide you with all the amenities you need, including your robe, sandals and toiletries. For any treatment, you will disrobe to your comfort level and the only area of the body that is not completely draped is the area being attended. A locker will be provided to secure your clothing and other personal items.
If at any time during your treatment you are not completely comfortable and relaxed, whether it be the pressure of the massage, the draping during your treatment, the volume of the music, the room temperature or lighting, simply let your therapist know. This is your time and we are here to make sure your experience is everything it should be.
Allow yourself a transitional period of relaxation after your treatments at our Private Changing Suite with Steam Showers and the Relaxation Lounge. Please note, gratuities are a matter of personal discretion and not included in the services. Gratuities are retained in full by the provider(s) performing or staff contributing to the service(s). Eighteen to twenty percent is customary and can be adjusted at your discretion. For your convenience, we prepare white envelopes for gratuities at the reception area.
Before You Leave
When you are ready to leave the spa, please let us know how we can serve you better by filling out our comments cards. Any concerns or suggestions regarding spa services must be notified upon check-out.
Our Spa Retail Boutique offers organic skincare products, a variety of items made with wellness in mind, and gift cards valid for use on treatments, services, and products. Check-in with our Spa Specialists to see all current special promotions
